So what exactly is Pilates?

Pilates is a complete body conditioning method that is dedicated to improving both physical and mental positivity and wellbeing by using specifically designed equipment and floor exercises. The focus is upon building the body's core strength. By core strength we are referring to your back, pelvic and abdominal muscles. Pilates however goes way beyond utilising the core group. Here at 'CorPilates' we provide a complete body workout, not by adding bulk, but by shaping and toning all over body muscle. This increases your agility, flexibility and general awareness providing a balanced, aligned body in harmony with a relaxed state of mind.
